Hey Friends- I decided it might be a good idea if we have a separate post each Monday for the Bible Reading Challenge to use as the Bible Reading Challenge Check-In. I want to be sure we have that weekly accountability to keep reading, no matter where we are in…
My husband is incredible- have I ever told you that? Truly, he is. And I just don’t tell him often enough how much I appreciate him. Oh, I try to remember to send a random “I love you” text a few times a week. And our kids are always telling…
A Prayer for Peace Dear Father, Today I realized How much strife is in this world, How many hurting hearts need love, And the number of broken people Who are barely surviving. In fact, we’re all broken, Lord. That’s why we desperately need You- To learn to love and to…
In the past two weeks, I’ve received the same question from so many of you. That question has been: How do I begin to read and study the Bible for myself? So today on Whimsical Wednesday, we’re doing something a little less whimsical and a little more practical- Bible…

Oh that day of the week dreaded by many- Monday. She is punctual in every way from her timing to her delivery. Her sneaky psyche and mundane methodology slay people from all walks of life. Monday doesn’t have to be dreaded! After all, it’s another day God has graciously given…
If you’ve read our family’s story, then you know that my husband and I were each married once before we married each other. I haven’t written on marriage on the blog very often because to tell you the truth, I’ve thought that no one would want to read marital advice…
