Colossians 4:1-6

Looking for ways to thank the Lord In prayer this morning. Purposefully choosing to give thanks while asking God for his grace! #withthanksgiving#biblereading

Psalm 75:1-7

Don't rush on to your own agenda. Thanksgiving is less about carving a turkey and more about carving out time to give God and each other thanks. Recounting is counting again. So what do you need to recount, to give God thanks for again? Today I'm thankful for his nearness.#withthanksgiving #biblereading

Psalm 30:1-12

"You have turned for me my mourning into dancing;you have loosed my sackcloth and clothed me with gladness," vs. 11. Anything good you see in me is not mine; it is His. Jesus, all praise and honor and glory to you today. You have redeemed my life and turned tears into joy and sadness into gladness. For this I give you thanks. It's a great day to tell God you're grateful for his redemptive work in your life! Where has he brought you from? #withthanksgiving#biblereading

Psalm 116:14-19

There are no chains too strong that the love of Jesus cannot break. No discouragement. No depression. No addictions. There is no bond of sin that cannot be broken by the blood of Jesus. No power can match his. No grip is greater. No, he has loosed those bonds and now l, we, must step away from that bondage. Give thanks today for the freedom we have in Christ, to live in the fullness and wholeness of his love and strength. Yes, we can give thanks because the things that bind us on this earth are bound in heaven and there is nothing, not one thing, that can overpower the love of our God. Hallelujah! Can I get an amen?#withthanksgiving #biblereading

1 Chronicles 16:27-34

Before the busy preparations of a holiday, I'm soaking up today's#biblereading passage. "Ascribe to the Lord the glory due his name; bring an offering and come before him! Worship the Lord in the splendor of holiness..." Worship and thanksgiving work together beautifully!#withthanksgiving

Psalm 26:1-7

Lord, we humble ourselves today with full hearts. Thank you, Jesus, for life and breath. Thank you for living in and through us, for your Holy Spirit and for grace and mercy. Your love is more than we deserve and yet you lavish it on us. May our hearts be filled with gratitude for the unending hope we have in you.#withthanksgiving #biblereading
