Today I’m counting my blessings after spending the last week preparing for and speaking at the AWANA Vantage Conference. What an incredible conference it was and I enjoyed chatting with some familiar faces and meeting lots of new folks as well! I thought you might enjoy a few of these…
Welcome to the Perfect Peace Bible reading challenge final summary! Normally I post a summary each week, but week 3, somehow I skipped (?) So today we are wrapping up the Perfect Peace reading plan since we finished the reading on Friday. It’s incredible how much peace permeated my soul…
Growing up in a tiny town, the morning sights and sounds were much different than my current suburban life. My family lived next to a small road that led to the solitary stoplight in “the city.” We heard a few cars drive past, but there was no “morning rush.” Mostly…
Welcome to the Confident Trust Bible reading challenge for April! Trust is a strong word, isn’t it? I can remember a sermon illustration about trust from when I was a child. My pastor placed a chair across the room and began to talk about how much he trusted that chair…
