When the struggles of life come, and oh yes, you’d better believe they will come, the number one focus must be to rely on truth. Truth can be difficult to uncover in this world, but God’s promises are always true. This I know and depend on.

To remember that God is bigger than anything that comes my way must be first and foremost in my thoughts. To praise him for WHO HE IS is my heart’s desire. You too? Then this list of 10 Bible verses to remember God is bigger than anything will encourage your heart and soul! Read over them, meditate on them, and say them back to God in your prayers. Oh how he loves to be reminded of our devotion to him!

By his power he stilled the sea…Behold, these are but the outskirts of his ways,
and how small a whisper do we hear of him! But the thunder of his power who can understand? Job 26:14

He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds. He determines the number of the stars; he gives to all of them their names. Great is our Lord, and abundant in power; his understanding is beyond measure. Psalm 147:3-5

God thunders wondrously with his voice; he does great things that we cannot comprehend. Job 37:5

He loads the thick cloud with moisture;the clouds scatter his lightning. They turn around and around by his guidance, to accomplish all that he commands them on the face of the habitable world. Whether for correction or for his land or for love, he causes it to happen. Job 37:13

I am the Lord, and there is no other, besides me there is no God; I equip you, though you do not know me, that people may know, from the rising of the sun and from the west, that there is none besides me; I am the Lord, and there is no other. I form light and create darkness; I make well-being and create calamity; I am the Lord, who does all these things. Isaiah 45:5-7

…he who is the blessed and only Sovereign, the King of kings and Lord of lords, who alone has immortality, who dwells in unapproachable light, whom no one has ever seen or can see. To him be honor and eternal dominion. Amen. I Timothy 6:15&16

For he was crucified in weakness, but lives by the power of God. For we also are weak in him, but in dealing with you we will live with him by the power of God. 2 Corinthians 13:4

But Jesus looked at them and said, “With man this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.” Matthew 19:26

Once God has spoken;twice have I heard this: that power belongs to God, and that to you, O Lord, belongs steadfast love. Psalm 62:11&12

Behold, I am the Lord, the God of all flesh. Is anything too hard for me? Jeremiah 32:27

Is God bigger than cancer? Yes. Bigger than divorce? Oh, yes. Bigger than wind and rain, even hurricanes? Yes. Can God handle that problem at work, scheduling issue, or childcare dilemma? Yes. Does he know your thoughts and feelings? Oh yes. And he longs to be the One you trust, the One to deliver you, the One to strengthen you, and hold you through the storm.

God is bigger than anything you are facing today or tomorrow.

I’m praying this list of 10 Bible verses to remember God is bigger settles into your soul and comforts your spirit. May your heart fully recognize that nothing is too hard for the God of the universe.

By his grace,

Rachel
