There's something about loneliness that stumps me. You can feel lonely whether you are all by yourself or in a crowded room. The consistent reminder from the Bible reading challenge this month is that God is always with us. While we may feel lonely at times because we are human, we are truly never alone. I have reflected on this day after day this month. Maybe you too? Let's check out the Never Alone Bible reading summary week 2. I realize I'm posting on Monday instead of Friday once again. I'm sorry, Friends. I still haven't received my laptop back from the repair company and it has been a long two weeks without it. I've been trying to do ministry without it, but as you can imagine, it has been a little challenging. Let's look at what we learned last week, shall we?

I’m sorry, Friends. I still haven’t received my laptop back from the repair company and it has been a long two weeks without it. I’ve been trying to continue to minister online without it, but as you can imagine, it has been a little challenging. Let’s look at what we learned last week, shall we?

Exodus 33:11-23

I love what Moses prays in today's #neveralone #biblereadingpassage. "Lord, we can't go unless you are with us." Just yesterday I was telling God: "I can't do this without you." And he already knows that! But those of us who are parents know that we love to be needed by our children. We long to help them and care for them. So when we admit our need for God to him? He loves to hear us because he enjoys helping his children and longs to see them enjoy success. You are never alone!

Psalm 73:21-28

Oh Friend. It's so good for me that I can't tell you just how much I need him. But I will die trying to tell you of his good works as today's #neveralone#biblereading passage says. I will let you know today that if you will draw near to him, he will draw near to you. And there is no place too low for him to see you. You are never alone.

Deuteronomy 2:1-7

Don’t miss this important truth today. This one phrase from the#neveralone #biblereading should arrest you! It’s not “you’re” as in you are. No, no. It’s “your going” as in the possessive. Like “your path.” And now here is the part I love: “your path THROUGH!” There is another side to your wilderness, Friends. You are only going through it. So don’t camp there permanently. Don’t settle. Be prepared to keep moving because your God is WITH YOU!! I could preach this morning. Your God knows your path straight through your wilderness. And it may hold a few curves or delays but this is when your relationship with him grows because he is WITH YOU!!

Judges 6:6-16

It’s easy to accuse Gideon of having a list of excuses a mile long, but when I examine my own reluctance to God’s call, I get it. It wasn’t the individual excuses. It was the collective whole of fear and weakness. Gideon wanted to know where the miracles of his forefathers had gone, but it took a little persuasion before he was convinced to BE a part of the miracle-working solution. What is God calling you and I to do today that requires remembering that He is with us?#neveralone #biblereading

Psalm 139:1-12

morning prayer

The #neveralone #biblereadingtoday of Psalm 139 reminded me of this prayer. Especially verse 18, “I awake, and I am still with you.” Have a thriving Thursday!

Psalm 139:13-24

I got ahead a day a couple days ago when I read Psalm 139 the entire chapter. Thought I'd backtrack to it today.#neveralone #biblereading

(I read all of Psalm 139 on Thursday and I didn’t realize until Sunday that I was ahead of schedule for two days.)

It is so great to know that We are never Alone. It has been a really rough two weeks for myself as well. PC, Tablet, and Phone all got attacked by some really super nasty Trojans. I lost everything …..

Always check the links on the buttons before you click on them. This happened as I was getting ready to go live with my new business online.

    Lesson learned the hard way….

Persecuted but not destroyed…I am bouncing back 🙂

Will try to catch up when I am able to do so.

Being tested medically right now and then I am going on a much needed vacation.
