  1. Nancy Miller says:

Thankful for the reading challenge and other sisters in Christ! Busy day yesterday. I just finished both days.

    Safe travels Rachel.

  2. Still here, haven’t checked in in a while, but still reading. Have been behind but getting back in a groove. Youngest little one just forgets this in on my morning schedule!

  3. Christina Beebe says:

Still here and reading! I am even checking in early!

Heather – I love your comment! I had never looked at the verses for comparisons that way! Thank-you!

  4. Heather P says:

As I was reading about the water of cleansing this morning, I started reflecting on the way Jesus was crucified. The red heifer was to be killed outside the camp. Jesus was crucified outside of town. The red heifer was to be burned. Jesus wasn’t burned, but was stabbed to make sure he was dead. That action made the blood and water flow out of his body. The ashes of the red heifer were to be placed in holy water to act as a cleansing agent for the holy items and the people. Jesus’ blood covers over our sins.
Just some thoughts from this mornings reading.

    1. Oh I love this Heather! I too have been contemplating the sacrifices and comparison to Jesus’ sacrifice for us. Love all your comparisons here!

  5. Rachel, Thank you so much for these scriptures of light, and the graphic to go along with it. I have a number of people I can share this with. Thank you so much for your ministry here. Oh how I’d love to hear you speak this weekend. I hope you’ll share some of it on your blog. Thanks again.

    1. Bless you Abby! I’ll plan to write a summary post next week. Thanks so much for your encouragement!
