Psalm 107:10-21

Psalm 107:22-31
We’ve been reading a few verses of Psalm 107 in the#withthanksgiving #biblereading challenge this week. I love how this song tells the stories of God’s people and the different reasons they have to thank him. “they reeled and staggered like drunken men and were at their wits’ end.
Then they cried to the LORD in their trouble, and he delivered them from their distress.” I know that feeling of being at my wits end. The prison of the mind can be the darkest known to man. But when you ask the Lord to deliver you? He had the power to do it in the Psalm we read today and that same power of deliverance is available to you!! Have a super Saturday in HIS strength!
Psalm 100:1-5
Lord, we bless your name today. We give you honor and glory for the power is yours and yours alone. We praise you and ask for your presence in our lives. With thanksgiving, we come before you for you are worthy to be praised.#withthanksgiving #biblereading
1 Timothy 4:1-5
Everything created by God is good and for this, we give thanks. Meditating on this today! #withthanksgiving#biblereading
Colossians 3:12-17
Whatever you do, do all to God’s glory and give thanks. This verse is coming as a perfect reminder this morning for me personally. Let’s live it out today, join me? #withthanksgiving #biblereading
Isaiah 12:1-6
Though I have broken his righteous and perfect ways, his grace has washed over me time and time again. Now that’s something to thank God for!#withthanksgiving #biblereading
Psalm 69:29-34
Deeply reminded by today’s#biblereading passage. Verse 29 provides an interesting detail we must remember. The psalmist says “But I am afflicted and in pain;let your salvation, O God, set me on high!” Then he goes on to verse 30. When in pain and affliction, praise and thanksgiving to God is a powerful tool! Don’t forget it. I’m choosing to find all kinds of things to thank God for at the Wojo house today!#withthanksgiving
I’m a little late getting this summary posted, but I wanted to jumpstart it before the holiday week. 😉 Blessings on the week ahead!
By his grace,
Rachel
