The monthly Bible reading plan for Magnificent Power: Recognizing God Is Bigger Than Anything has been challenging me to stop thinking about my own weaknesses and focus on the mighty power of God. Jeremiah 10:10-16

It is he. Our God holds the power of all heaven and earth in the palm of his hand and in the whisper of his voice. Wisdom and understanding are his and for this we can trust him fully. Jeremiah 32:17-27

You’re facing some horrific storms. Whether literal weather storms or the hurricanes of life, you needed the same reminder I did this morning. God is BIGGER than the storm. He will carry you through it. There is NOTHING, not one thing, too hard for God! Acknowledge him this morning. Every morning when I look outside the walls of my house and peer into the world, I see the power of God. He holds the world together and yet longs to hold my heart. Such power! 1 Corinthians 1:17-24

1 Corinthians 1:25-31

I can’t begin to comprehend how much bigger God is than anything in this world, but when I read this passage, I get it a little more. He is so strong, so magnificent, so incredible, that he can take the worst circumstances and turn them into the best. He can take the weakest person who feels like they have nothing left to give and transform them into an incredible spiritual leader. He can take the smallest of issues and change them into monumental miracles!!! That’s our God! Ephesians 1:18-23
