I find myself needing to remember this quote from Bob Hope today. It’s so easy to complicate Christmas.
Perhaps you could use the reminder also.
When we recall Christmas past, the simplest things – not the greatest things- give off the greatest glow of happiness.

So true. My best memories growing up were also when we were spreading the visiting out over a few days instead of trying to visit everyone in one day. The whole day felt so rushed and felt like were just got somewhere and had to leave. Simpler and less hurried. A chance to enjoy. Thank you for the reminder Rachel.
