Hey ya’ll. (my best Paula Dean impression) Many times I am asked about my frugal shopping habits. With 7 kids, I try to watch every penny. So I thought I’d share my biggest secret:

I have lots of help!! Not with the shopping, but with the preparing, for sure!!

In no obvious order, here are my awesome blogging friends whom I rely on HEAVILY to outline the best deals and the most frugal ways to shop.

Money Saving Mom
Her tagline says she will help you become a better home economist. I had the privilege of meeting Crystal Paine recently at #Relevant11 and just love her sincerity and integrity. A wealth of information on this site and it is always up to date.

Faithful Provisions
“Founded on the principles of Luke 12:24, Faithful Provisions is dedicated to showing individuals and families how to save money by encouraging, equipping and empowering good stewardship.” While Kelly is in TN, almost all of her deals are viable here in Ohio. I really appreciate her weekly Kroger shopping post.

Saving & Giving

Savings Lifestyle is based in the Dayton, OH area and gives loads of internet coupon links and saving strategies. You will appreciate the coupon database and online coupon codes section tremendously!

Sami is all about learning, living, saving and sharing. I enjoy Sami’s vacation and staycation suggestions. She has many ideas about pursuing your dreams and passions, yet living reality. She does some giveaways and has a great Christian perspective.
