You may call me the Queen of Review if you’d like, but here we are at the No Fear Bible Reading Challenge Week 3 Summary. Looking back over last week’s Scriptures reminds me of just how much God’s Word is alive and active! As the Spirit impresses the passages into my heart, I’m  learning new principles and seeing the Word in  fresh light. Don’t you love it?! Let’s check out the reading summaries from each day last week, ready?

 

Joshua 10:1-14

Today’s #nofear#biblereadingplan passage is Joshua 10:1-14 and if you’ve never read about the day the sun stood still, then don’t miss out on God’s Word today!! “There has been no day like it before or since, when the Lord heeded the voice of a man, for the Lord fought for Israel.” Remember yesterday’s passage? The battle is the Lord’s! You do not know what tactic or strategy the Lord could use on your behalf. Shame taunts you and it’s job is to make you feel unworthy and unloved when nothing could be more false. Our God will not disgrace you or me. He won’t abandon you. He won’t ever make you feel unwanted. Instead, he chases after you, pursuing you with deep love. He longs to hold you in his arms and whisper to your heart: Don’t be afraid. You never have to be ashamed to come to me, no matter what you have done. Because I love you beyond guilt and shame. Your price has been paid and there is no reason to fear. My perfect love overpowers every single fear that tries to own you. You are not possessed by fear or oppressed with anxiety.
