When I first began speaking and writing over a decade ago, I never dreamed of the vast marketing and technical skills I would need to have the opportunity to follow through on God’s call for my life. Learning to write well was only half the battle. The question from publishers was always the same:

Do you have a platform?

In everyday language: Who would want my books? Had I established a connection with readers? How would I do that?
