Welcome to the February 2018 Bible reading plan week 1 summary! Wow, as we’ve walked through the True Love Bible reading plan passages so far this month, my heart has been stirred twofold. 1. I’m realizing how much God loves us. Each and every one of us. 2. I’m understanding a bit more how to show his love to others. People can be tough to love, can’t they? I mean, I struggle sometimes even with loving my own actions! But God, the eternal source of supernatural love, always loves and never gives up on us. I’m so grateful. Let’s check out the February 2018 Bible reading plan week 1 summary!
Mark 12:28-34

Romans 5:1-8
To think that he pours his very love into us! Such a precious thought of the gift of his Holy Spirit! Ps: Take 2! Sorry for posting the wrong verse this morning; clearly I need coffee before posting! Happy Friday! #truelovejournal #biblereadingplan
Romans 8:31-39

Matthew 22:34-40
With all. If you’re reading along the #truelovejournal #biblereadingplan ,you may feel like this verse is a repeat. Same verse as day 1 of this plan; different gospel writer. However, this repetition is not a waste of words; it is purposeful by design. Is the task easy? No, the only way to love like this is through the love of God. Father, fill us again with your love and may it overflow on those you intersect our lives with today.
Psalm 42:8-11
Whether day or night, his love never leaves us. The love you recognized in worship on Sunday is the same love that will carry you through Monday. Look for his love as you go throughout today! #truelovejournal#biblereadingplan Day 5
1 John 4:7-13

1 John 4:14-20

Zephaniah 3:17-20
Like a parent cradling a long-awaited newborn in the dark of the night, our Father quiets us with his love. Like an unbelievable, precious gift, God’s Love wraps around my heart and sometimes, it renders me speechless. That is how he quiets with his love. In times of enormous sorrow, while I watch slow suffering gradually overtake my girl, he hushes my heart with his presence and whispers his promises into my spirit. This is how he quiets us with his love. He saves, he rejoices, he quiets, and he exults. Love is an action word. #truelovejournal#biblereadingplan
John 13:34&35
