I cannot believe how much I am enjoying working through the Pure Joy Journal to accompany this Bible reading challenge! The way the Lord has worked in my heart just through the first week of the Pure Joy Bible reading plan has been incredible. At the end of last week, Friday was a joy-challenged day for me. I won’t go into all the details, but I had 5 family members who were sick and needed my attention all at once with various issues. I was disappointed that their needs had to supersede getting this post out to you faithful folks and the whole weekend was a blur. But God. Each day the Bible reading spoke directly to my heart as I lifted my eyes to the Lord and His Word. So very grateful!! And thank you for understanding why this post didn’t make it up on Friday.
Let’s check out the Pure Joy Bible Reading Summary Week 1!

But Nehemiah reminds them they are not on their own. And neither are we! So let’s take Wednesday by joy storm! #biblereading
