Children’s Book Giveaway: Hermie on Forgiving

Receiving forgiveness comes a bit easier than giving it, doesn’t it?  God not only forgives me, but He wants me to forgive others as well. But how do we teach this to children?

In this level 2 reader, designed for ages 4-7, Max Lucado takes  a simple story and introduces faith concepts during family reading time.  The garden bugs are stirring around, preparing for the Harvest Festival.  Hermie gets distracted and lets Wormie down TWO times.  Wormie forgives Hermie easily, but what happens when Hermie is the one who needs to offer the forgiveness?

This book is a wonderful book on teaching grace from a Godly perspective. We’ve enjoyed reading this book so much at our house for the last week and I’m confident you will find it a great tool to use with your family as well!

We would love to have this book added to our night time routine! 🙂 We love reading through Bible Stories every night and I think that our son would really love listening to this before bed and he picks up on things so quickly, so I am sure that He would learn the lessons that the book is trying to teach! 🙂
