New children’s book! “Smack Dab in the Middle of God’s Love”

Repetition is key to learning and the authors of “Smack Dab in the Middle of God’s Love” use the concept to reinforce how deep and how wide our heavenly Father’s love is for us. The gorgeous colors and cultural setting of this book will assist in aiding children to openly discuss unfamiliar environments and perhaps ask difficult questions about fear of God, both negative and positive.

God is everywhere. There’s nothing uncommon about the places! In my room, in the shower, in the car, when I take a walk/jog, etc. He is always there; it’s up to me to be prepared to listen.
so true! He sure is everywhere. Its our perception of whether or not we believe that!
I don’t know if it’s uncommon, but in the shower. I think it’s a time where I can really get away and talk with God without (many) interruptions
I do that too! Fantastic God time in the shower. and while driving…
Sounds like a great book, although I’m not sure I understand your question… This weekend Tim and I were discussing the way the kids pray, and how it cracks us up… until we realized that they were actually teaching us something. You know how we tend to say “Thank you for the food” when we pray before eating? Well Lindy and Allen say “Thank you for the chicken, and the carrots, and the french fries, and the milk and maybe the cookie if I eat my food.” Sometimes I think we get in a habit with our walk with God and forget to be specific about what we’re grateful for. It also opened a door for us to teach them to be thankful for things even when they don’t want to be. Because they almost always skip the “Thank you for the green beans.” Okay, I don’t think that answered your question at all…
Ah… I see. That is something we may have introduced a little too early in Allen’s case. He finds it absolutely hysterical that God is with him while he goes to the bathroom.
Thanks for the give-away. You rock!
In our lowest and weakest moments …
