Hey there! I know Easter isn’t until Mar. 31st-however, I wanted to make sure you had plenty of time for The Story of Easter Book for children from my awesome friends at Tommy Nelson!

the story of Easter children's book review

This precious book is perfect for little ones ages 0-3. My youngest really has enjoyed packing the book around- the plastic handle on the book bind is perfect for little fingers to grasp. “The Story of Easter” has been our naptime book since it arrived and my sweetie has wanted to sleep with it each afternoon.

I love that this is one children’s Easter book that gives the Gospel- the true story that Jesus lived, died and rose from the grave on the third day. As a very simple introduction to The Story of Easter, this little book is perfect to include in Easter baskets.

If you missed yesterday, another very cute Easter resource is up on the Tommy Nelson blog with instructions to create a jelly bean rainbow that shares God’s love.   You can download the printable that includes 4 copies of the poem on 1 8.5×11 sheet by clicking here or on the graphic.
